Payment

All payments for items you wish to buy on our store should be made through one of the payment options available upon check-out: MOLpay and credit card over-the-counter payment.

MOLpay:

Simply enter your MOLpay account details. No MOLpay account? No problem!  You may sign in to MOLpay as guest and still use your credit card to pay for your order.

Shipping

For online purchases, It’s FREE DELIVERY!

We are the only exclusive Asia distributor of unique international brands from all over the world which is based in Taiwan. We will deliver all stocked items within 3-7 working days (D+3-7) all the way from Taiwan. We ship an order once payment has been completed and confirmed. We deliver anywhere in Malaysia with the exception of offshore islands and restricted zones. Orders are delivered between 9am and 6pm, Mon to Sat, not including public holidays. If orders are undelivered during the first try, our courier will contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. We will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning your order to the warehouse. If you require additional delivery after that, another round of courier fees will have to be charged. Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver.

Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation from us once your order has been successfully processed and shipped. We will be sending you the Tracking Number so you can monitor the status of your package.

Refunds and Exchanges

We consider all sales as final so please choose your merchandise carefully. We make sure that the products shipped to you are in good condition and according to your order.

If there are major issues with the items you received, please contact us and we will work something out. Please include your invoice number, date of purchase, product name, reason for return and specify the store you would like to return to. Once delivered, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.The refund period is 5-7 working days.

Wrong Item Sent by Us

For any wrong item sent to you, we will provide the right item and retrieve the wrong one at our cost. An exchange can be arranged or a refund may be processed based on customer preference. Our logistics will reach you and collect your items.
